Blocked in China

Our readers from Beijing have informed us that this blog is blocked in the PRC! Perhaps the Chinese government thinks the site is about embezzlement?

Perhaps, it’s fear of culinary imperialism! Is this the salient of an expanding food empire?

I was a little shocked to see an article on dumplings last week in the IHT that WASN’T by Ann Mah or Fuschia Dunlop.
Is is possible that there are other writers on Chinese food?

That’s a major accomplishment! I think it was the post about Grampy that did it. He’s very controversial.
